The recall involves Bariatric Fusion high ADEK multivitamin capsules in 90 and 270-count bottles, and One Per Day bariatric multivitamin capsules in 90-count bottles, both containing 45mg of iron. The bottles are white and orange, and include lot numbers 0066J4, 0065J4, 0453B5, and 0370B5.
The multivitamins can pose a risk of serious injury or death if ingested by children. The products fail to meet the federal standard for child-resistant packaging, increasing the risk of accidental poisoning.
