The recall involves the DTR Stitch Scented Highlighters 4-pack available in yellow, blue, pink, and green. The product's Kimball Number is 0688701, located on the price tag at the back of the packaging. They were sold for $5 at Primark stores in the northeast, Florida, Maryland, and Illinois from May 2024 through May 2025.
These highlighters contain phthalates, violating federal regulations. Phthalates are toxic and can cause adverse health effects if ingested, particularly in young children.
Stop using the highlighters immediately. Return them to any Primark store for a full refund in the original payment form.
