The recalled product is Wellsley Farms Farm-Raised Atlantic Salmon, net weight 32 oz. (2 lbs.) with UPC Code: 888670025963. It was distributed in Maryland and has lot numbers including 3896 Prod June 30, 2025 and BB June 30, 2027.
