Privacy policy
Information you provide
If you submit the pilot-interest form or contact RecallRadar, we receive the information you provide, such as business email, company, role, catalog size, available identifiers, and use case. Do not send customer personal data, credentials, payment-card data, health information, or other regulated personal information.
Interest inquiries
Form submissions are stored in an encrypted Amazon DynamoDB table for up to 180 days and emailed to the project owner for follow-up. They are used only to evaluate or deliver the requested screening or research service and are not sold. The form does not accept catalog files; transfer and deletion terms are agreed before any sample file is sent.
Website and analytics data
This minimal site is delivered through Amazon Web Services. Standard infrastructure logs may temporarily contain request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time. Google Analytics measures page views and interactions such as successful form, email, and checkout actions so the project can evaluate demand. RecallRadar does not use advertising personalization or an onsite account system. Browser settings and content-blocking tools can limit analytics collection.
Payments
Dataset and report purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy terms; RecallRadar does not receive full payment-card details.
Source links
The site links to government agencies, Stripe, Runestone Labs, and other external services. Their privacy practices apply after you leave this site.
